There are a number of sources of financial support available for students with dependants. The type of support relevant to you can depend on a number of factors such as your status as a student, your nationality, your course and your financial status.

Extra help for students with children

Adult Dependants' Grant

Part-time Childcare Grant

Part-time undergraduate students whose children are registered with an approved childcare provider can apply for a non-repayable grant towards the cost of childcare through the Access to Learning Fund. Students will need to be attending at least 50% of a full-time course and meet certain eligibility requirements. For more information and to download an application please visit:
