CPRU and SCIE have joined together to produce a range of materials to support partnership working in child protection. Cross-cutting lead for social care, Amanda Edwards, coordinated the project that focused specifically on liaison between acute paediatric and child protection services.

Response Mode

An important function of the CPRU is to provide the Department of Health with rapid access to expertise across the field of children, young people and families health and well being.

The CPRU Co-Director Professor Catherine Law has specific responsibility for response mode work drawing on the expertise of the other members of the CPRU and partner organizations.
