Geospatial Seminar Part Three: Police Foot Patrol

On February 10, team member Jianan Shen spoke about his research into police foot patrolling patterns at the Seminar in Geospatial Science, completing the trio of CPC seminar sessions. Jianan’s work focuses on the trajectories and mobility patterns of officers of the Metropolitan Police force, and serves the purposes of work evaluation, performance improvement, and the exploration of the nature of modern policing.
