Dr Bob Morris is a former Home Office Under Secretary
responsible for Constitutional Affairs (and Course Director, Civil Service
College). Bob has lectured on the Government's constitutional reform programme
and provided advice on strategic issues of FOI to
government departments. He led a two-year research project on the relationship between the Church and the State and the thorny issue of dissestablishment.

Robert Hazell is Professor of British Politics and Government and Director of the Constitution Unit. He is a former barrister and Home Office civil servant and expert in all constitutional arrangements and procedure. In the hung parliament of 2010 he advised the government and media of the role of the monarchy.
