Kristina joined the Constitution Unit in May 2011 as a Research Assistant to Dr Meg Russell. She works part time on the project of the Impact of Parliament on Legislation.

Kristina has an  LL M from Lund University, Sweden, for which she wrote her dissertation Fiat Lex - Case study: comparing the process of implementation of the Acquired Rights Directive in the United Kingdom and in Sweden to examine the effect of legislative procedure on material law. Whilst writing  her dissertation she was an intern at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. After graduating in January 2009, Kristina completed internships at the Hansard Society and the Constitution Unit. When previously at the Unit she worked on the Impact of Parliament programme, first preparatory research for the Impact of Parliament on Legislation project and then on the Impact of the House of Commons Select Committees project. Prior to taking up her current position she was at home with her son for seven months.
