Image processing and software
Once you've captured your images, we have a wide variety of imaging software available to help you process and evaluate them.
Complex 3D-image processing can be performed using Bitplane's Imaris 4 software. Modules include:
Orthoslice
3D measurement
Free point measurement
Intensity measurement
The unit offers other Bitplane software including:
Neuron tracer
Deconvolution software:
SVI's Huygens 3.7 deconvolution software is available.
In addition we can offer other Imaging services:
Image analysis service – ImageJ and KS400 image analysis software.
Adobe Photoshop advice and training.
Flatbed scanning of prints, negatives and transparencies; page layout; original artwork, design and photography.
Charges
Huygens and Imaris: £15.00 per half day
