Funded by the ESRC / Wenner Gren Foundation

Monday 23rd June, Evening 6.00pm

Drinks reception at the Housman Room, University College London

The project organisers wish to invite everyone attending the conference to join them for a drinks reception at the lavish Housman Room Suite at UCL.

Wine and light refreshments will be served amid a backdrop of fine art collections from the Slade School of Art.

Afterwards, we would like everyone to join us at a local Indian restaurant 'Chutneys' in Drummond Street, Euston, just 10 minutes walk from UCL.

The restaurant is famous for its outstanding vegetarian Indian cuisine.

Those wishing to attend should try to notify us by email so that we can anticipate numbers.

Registration by email to clothingthepacific@thebritishmuseum.ac.uk. Fee of £10 (£5 students) payable at conference.
