The Language Centre currently subscribes to the following daily newspapers and weekly magazines. Hard copies are available ine the SAC on a reference only basis.

Le Monde (English: The World) is a daily evening newspaper which is considered the French newspaper of record, and is generally well respected. The Language Centre has a copy available weekly on a Monday in the SAC. 1	Le Monde
Le Nouvel Observateur is a weekly French newsmagazine. It is the most prominent French general information magazine based in Paris in terms of audience and circulation. The Language Centre has a copy available weekly on a Tuesday and also holds back catalogue in the SAC. 2	Le Nouvel Observateur
