This is a task for you and your tutor. The task consists of two parts.

You are each going to complete the registration form presented in Leestekst 1 (blank copy included below), using your tutor's details. This means that you will first have to ask your tutor for the relevant information.

1. Part 1
   Ask your tutor via Skype the questions necessary to complete the form. It is best to prepare these questions beforehand.
   Tip: Most questions can take the form of 'Wat is / zijn ....?'
2. Part 2
   Now fill in your tutor's details on the form and send this to a tutor for feedback.
