Foreign Languages

Course Units

Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin and Spanish 1.0 and 0.5 course units, as well as a TEFL 1.0 course unit and three English for Academic Purposes 0.5 course units.  Course Units form part of undergraduate degree programmes and are open to all current University of London undergraduates.

Academic Reading in French, German and Italian

Courses are offered from beginner's to advanced levels and are especially designed to assist research students with the acquisition of these skills from the very beginning of their graduate studies. 

Evening Courses

CDP Certified

Courses are taught at five levels from complete beginner to post-advanced: A weekly two-hour class will be held from 17:00-19:00 or from 19:00-21:00.
