- Winter Term 2015 - Classes will commence on Monday 19th January 2015.
- Confirmation of classes will be emailed to all clients on Friday 16th January 2015.
- The Evening Courses Office will be closed to the public on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th January 2015.
- Our vacancy list will be updated on Monday 19th January for places still available.
Ways of Payment
Paying by credit/debit card
Payment should be within two working days from submission of the online application form. Applicants must either contact us to pay over the phone or visit our office to pay in person.
NB Please note we do not accept American Express.
Paying in cash
Cash payments can only be made in person only, in room LG10 at the UCL Language Centre. Please try to bring the exact amount as we cannot guarantee to be able to provide change.
Payment by invoice/employer sponsorship
Applicants funded by their employer should submit a signed sponsorship document when applying. This should be a letter from the employer on the organisation's headed paper, stating the participant's name, the language applied for, and the amount of sponsorship. An invoice will be raised and forwarded when term commences.
Payment by UCL department
If a UCL Department is funding the course, applicants should forward to us via email or post the confirmation of funding. This must be a letter/email from or correspondence with the authorising person confirming the department responsible, and it must include the department financial code and details of a contact person in the department. The funding will be taken electronically via an IDT at the start of term.
Once a term has started we will not issue any refunds or offer any deferrals of fees to future terms.
