Timetabling

Each CLIE course unit is scheduled around the availability of those students who register to take it; you therefore must attend the timetabling session for your course to have an input in when your class is scheduled. You will be given the time of your timetabling session at the interview with a language tutor.

All language course units (0.5 and 1.0 course units/15 and 30 credits) run for BOTH Term 1 AND Term 2 (i.e. October to March), and the timetable is set for both terms.

Class and room information

Your class and room information will be available on the UCL Online Timetable from Sunday 05 October 2014.  Information will additionally be displayed on the Course Units Information Board from Monday 06 October 2014 at 08:45 (Monday classes only; all other days will be available on the Information Board after 14:00).

In order for your language course unit class to appear on your Online Timetable on Sunday 05 October 2014 you must have completed all registration steps with the CLIE no later than Wednesday 01 October 2014 and been assigned to a group.

The Online Timetable offers a calendar subscription service allowing you to get a feed of your personal timetable directly to your live@UCL account and many other calendaring services.

Please note that it is not possible under any circumstances to attend or join a group unless you have been officially registered for it by the CLIE.

Late registration

It is still possible to have an interview and register; please see the dates/times above.

Once classes have started on Monday 06 October 2014 we only accept registrations subject to availability. Please visit the Course Units office as soon as possible for further information including availability.
