CHIRP offers advice and support for research fellows and interdisciplinary research projects within the Faculties of Arts and Humanities and Social and Historical Sciences, and the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies:
- Administrative support for interdisciplinary research projects, particularly grant applications.
- Support for research planning and activity towards the next national research audit (REF or its equivalent).
- Support for the UCL Grand Challenges, and UCL Research Frontiers: Global Health, Sustainable Cities, Intercultural Interaction and Human Wellbeing
The Office of the UCL Vice-Provost (Research) develops and implements UCL’s institution-wide research strategy and – in collaboration with other administrative offices – provides support and advice for researchers.
The Research Services team within the Finance Office offer a variety of services including sourcing information on research funding opportunities and providing support during the preparation and submission of research grant applications.
