Dr Matthew Darlison

Matthew came to CHIME in March 1997 to work on a project that became
known as APoGI - the Accessible Publishing of Genetic Information. The original APoGI prototype
remains available, though Matthew aims to replace it with the next
generation APoGI implementation in the near future. This was developed
in the course of Matthew's recently-completed PhD, entitled Systematising genetic information to support population-scale services for haemoglobin disorders, supervised by Professors Bernadette Modell and David Ingram.
