Probing structure and dynamics of (nano)materials for battery applications

Abstract: 

The talk presents our work on the design of molecular precursors for the deposition of metal oxide thin films - primarily those of the rare earths and the Group 4 metals - which have applications as high-k dielectrics in microelectronics. Results from both MOCVD and ALD will be presented, as well as some very recent results on inkjet printing of TiO2.
