Chemistry Lab Dinner

Alumni and guests are invited to the UCL Chemistry Lab Dinner which will be held on Friday 21st November 2014.

Before the dinner there will be a lecture at 5pm in the Chemistry Lecture Theatre, which will be followed by a drinks reception in the Nyholm Room.


The formal dinner itself will consist of a delicious three-course meal and accompanying drinks which will be held in the Wilkins Jeremy Bentham Room at 7.15pm. 

Bookings will be taken from September 2014 - further details on how to book will follow.

Guest will have the option to choose from the following menu:-

Starter

Potted wild mushroom and chicken liver parfait, toast, tomato and shallot chutney

Caprese Salad - ripe vine tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella & picked fresh basil.  Drizzled with a pressed virgin olive oil and local Cornish sea salt (v)

Main

Confit shoulder of lamb, rosemary pomme anna, spring greens and honey glazed vegetables

Mushroom ravioli, baby spinach served with truffle cream and pecorino cheese (v)

Dessert

French apple tart, topped with a cinnamon scented chantilly cream

Chocolate brulee, marshmallows and vanilla shortbread
