CDB students win UCL Graduate School Research Poster Competition

9 March 2009

Two CDB students from our Zebrafish Research Group have won prizes in the UCL Graduate School Research Poster Competition 2009.

Graduate Poster

Gemma Girdler won 1st prize for her poster: Lumen formation during neural tube development in zebrafish is regulated by an intrinsic timer.

Jessica Olsen won runner-up prize for her poster: Effect of seasonal photoperiodism on zebrafish growth, fertility and endocrine gene expression.

Congratulations to both! A total of 186 UCL students entered the competition.
