The realities of the competitive jobs market can’t be missed. With employers reportedly hiring more graduates over the next year and increasingly looking for more ‘global’ candidates, UCL Careers have created a one-stop shop to help you: Marketing Yourself as a Global Citizen course. This three-day course will examine three core elements:

Day 1: Self assessment – You will review your own personality, strengths and values; creating a personal profile to help you market yourself to employers;

Day 2: Group work – You will undertake group work investigating how your own personal profile interacts with others;

Day 3: You will see how global citizenship operates from an organisational perspective. You will investigate what organisations are really looking for when asking for global candidates and how to market yourself as a global citizen.
