Our fairs focus on specific industry sectors and allow you to chat to senior managers, graduate recruiters and UCL alumni about jobs, selection procedures and what they are looking for from you. We bring together a large number of recruiters for each fair so that you can compare and contrast what different employers have on offer in one place at the same time and ask the individual questions that matter to you.
NO! Due to the size and duration of each Fair, visitors can come and go as they please while a Fair is on so booking is not necessary.
Access to ALL fairs is via the South Cloister. Visitors are welcome to queue from half an hour before the start of a Fair but unfortunately, since the area will be busy with our staff and exhibitors setting up the event, we will not allow a queue to form before this time.
The last entry time will be 20 minutes before the Fair ends as the Fair needs to close promptly.
Please be aware however that the Fairs are very popular and entry to the exhibitor stands will be controlled to avoid overcrowding and entry to all Fairs is on a first come-first served basis. You may therefore be asked to queue on arrival and we thank you in advance for your patience.
UCL ID: Although booking is not required, you MUST BRING CURRENT UCL ID to the Fair, (student, staff or GradClub member card). We are unable to check your UCL status at the Fair so if you don't have valid UCL ID, you will not get in!
If you plan to attend any Careers Fair, advance research is very important!
Online Fair Catalogue
For each Fair listed below, there is a link to the Fair Catalogue - please read this carefully. It will include general tips and advice on making the most of your time at the Fair plus full exhibitor details including what opportunities they have and who they are targeting. You'll also be able to customise your own printable version of the catalogue as a reminder of which exhibitor stands you want to visit and where they'll be within the Fair Venue.
