Support for Staff
The Organisational & Staff Development Programme through UCL HR should be the main contact point for staff looking for support with their career development.
Staff facing redundancy should also use UCL HR as your first point of contact as they may be able to suggest more relevant sources of support
The services we provide can be used by UCL staff members but please be aware that they are primarily aimed at current students and recent graduates at UCL so may not be directly relevant to your personal situation. Please feel free to read through our Careers Service Guide or look at the information on our services for students to use / book whatever you think will be useful.
