Skills4Work

skills4work

Skills4Work is a joint initiative by UCL Union and UCL Careers, with advice from the Association Of Graduate Recruiters.

Employers do not pay to take part, but around 20 organisations are supporters of the programme, making a small financial contribution in return for priority booking of events and enhanced branding.

The programme aims to help students understand the competencies recruiters are looking for, and how to sell the skills they develop through their academic course, work experience and extra-curricular activities.

The programme includes Panel Discussions, Interactive Workshops, CV & Application Form Checking, Mock Assessment Centres and Practice Interviews, all delivered by graduate recruiters.

This programme is free for organisations to take part in, but due to demand we do have to limit participation.
