The pRetroSuperCam gammaretroviral vector contains various features to allow effective expression and versatility of your hairpins.
- Pol III based H1 promotor to allow effective expression of your hairpins
- Two bacterial resistance markers-Ampicillin and chloramphenicol
- Puromycin selectable marker
- H1 promotor and shRNA insert can be shuttled between different vectors using EcoRI and XhoI sites
