The UCL Cancer Institute will be the focus of Cancer research activities at UCL.

The quantity and complexity of data produced by our scientists call for significant planning and investment. We are providing specialist equipment, systems and staff to cope with the sophisticated requirements of current cutting edge research.

In 2009 UCL-CI IT became part of the newly established Faculty IT team, Advanced IT Support Center (AISC).

The current goals of the UCL-CI IT Centre are:

  • to provide services that can be used by all staff and students in the department regardless of system preference, location or expertise.
  • to respond to all calls immediately or within the shortest possible time.
  • to secure all data against loss or external interference.
