Student Welfare and Support
The Institute has a full-time divisional postgraduate tutor (DGT), Dr Julie Olszewski. She is the education lead for the Institute and looks after the welfare and progression of all of the students within the Institute. All new students meet with the DGT as part of the induction process, and have regular contact with the DGT via the monthly student meetings and by informational e-mails. Students are encourage to drop in to see the DGT (room 639; across from the post room in the POGB) or can e-mail to make an appointment.
