The UCL Cancer Institute is the centre of cancer research activity in UCL. The overall remit of the Cancer Institute is to conduct internationally recognized cancer research. The aims are to foster interactions with UCL strengths in Biomedicine (including chemistry, developmental biology, biomathematics, computational and systems biology and nanosciences) and exploit the clinical interactions with UCL-affiliated hospitals to conduct world-class basic and translational cancer research.
Two posts, to undertake formal 3 year full-time research projects leading to the award of a research degree, have been funded by the Kings/UCL CRUK Comprehensive Cancer Imaging Centre. The post holders will work within the Department of Oncology in the UCL Cancer Institute.
