10.50-11.30am	Break, film and poster viewing followed by
11.30-12.00pm	Presentation - Understanding Inter-cultural aspects of teaching and learning is crucial Caroline Selai
12:00-12.30pm	Presentation: All you need to know about Key Information Sets (KIS) but were afraid to ask (UCL web site for KIS) Gary Smith, Head of Student Data Services Jason Clarke, Director of Academic Support

1.15-1.45pm	Keynote Speaker -  Arti Kumar -  MBE, Honorary Visiting Research Fellow and National Teaching Fellow
1.45-2.30pm	Session 2 (link to full details for Session 1 & 2 - opens new page)
2.35-3.15pm	Putting into Practice, Table Topic facilitated discussion – as defined by the facilitators. Delegates to select a table topic and discuss how they might adapt / implement any of the ideas presented in the morning sessions
3.15-3.30pm	Putting into Practice, Feedback – Each facilitator to present a brief (5 minute) summary of the key points raised in the discussion
3.30-3.35pm	Closing comments – Professor Anthony Smith (Vice-Provost Education)
3.35pm	Refreshments and canapes
4.00pm	Close
