We’re very pleased to announce that the first stage of a major estates upgrade for UCL Medical School is now underway. The upgrade is designed to develop Student HUBS and enhanced teaching space at each of our 3 main campuses. Plans and progress will be published on the UCLMS website as the projects develop at each site.

The Clinical Assessment Centre offers flexibility and can be hired exclusively or as individual rooms, from as little as an hour to full days or evenings and weekends.
Regardless of how much of the space is hired, all users will have access to our wide range of facilities, equipment and consumables, in house caterers and technical support to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully.
Our room hire prices are shown below for full day and half day rates Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. It is possible to hire the centre by the hour or in the evening or weekend, but please contact us to discuss prices for this.
We also have access to a 120-seat lecture theatre in the same building as the centre which can be booked subject to availability in conjunction with your booking in the centre.

There are many options for catering from our in house provider that can be arranged around your budget, so please let us know your catering requirements when making an enquiry or booking.
We have a wealth of experience in planning and managing events and clinical training and assessments so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will advise how our space can be utilised to best meet your event structure and budget.
