UCL Medical School Hubs

Location of the Clinical Assessment Centre

Holborn Union Building

The Clinical Assessment Centre is located in Archway, North London. Excellent transport links make the centre easily accessible by underground (Archway station, Northern Line), bus or train.

The centre is on the 2nd floor of the Holborn Union Building, which can be accessed from Archway Road and Highgate Hill.

Euston, Kings Cross St Pancras and Kentish Town national rail stations are 15 minutes away by underground and regular buses connect the Clinical Assessment Centre to central London and nearby hospitals UCLH and the Royal Free as well as being a 2 minute walk across the road from the Whittington Hospital. Public transport route planners are available via the Transport for London website or you can contact the Clinical Assessment Centre for instructions or advice.

Parking is not available at the Archway campus, however there are a few disabled spaces at the front of the building for blue badge holders. A number of pay and display spaces are available around the Whittington Hospital.

Useful transport links

National Rail journey planner. Train stations with quick and direct London Underground connections to the Clinical Assessment Centre are within 15 minutes Euston, King's Cross St Pancras and Kentish Town. Other National Rail train stations with connections to the centre within 30 minutes are London Victoria, London Bridge, Marylebone, Paddington, Charing Cross and Waterloo.

Transport for London journey planner. When planning a route within London use the Centre's postcode N19 5LW for accurate route and transfer plans. This website will also provides information about tickets and travelcards.
