We’re very pleased to announce that the first stage of a major estates upgrade for UCL Medical School is now underway. The upgrade is designed to develop Student HUBS and enhanced teaching space at each of our 3 main campuses. Plans and progress will be published on the UCLMS website as the projects develop at each site.

It will be one day during which the collective energy, creativity and ideas of thousands of NHS staff, and those who support the NHS, in all areas of work and right across the country, will demonstrate how one simple action or new idea can make a difference and improve care for patients, their families and their carers. The UCL Clinical Assessment Centre, part of the UCL Medical School, is a flexible venue established and extensively refurbished in 2011 to provide the space and facilities to cater for a wide variety of events.
Happy Anniversary! We welcomed our first guests in the refurbished centre in September 2011. To mark the anniversary we have taken a look back at the developments and the guests we've had in the Clinical Assessment Centre over the last year, which you can read about here.
About the centre
Located on the UCL Archway campus public transport links make the centre easily accessible from other UCL campuses, national rail connections, central London and neighbouring hospitals. See: Centre location
The centre has been purpose designed to accommodate clinical training and assessment events whilst being a suitable venue for meetings and conferences. Our team have many years experience in the provision of events, clinical assessments and education. See: Rooms
You will have at your disposal high-specification AV and presentation equipment, multi room observation communication skills suite and recording software. Our PA system functions throughout the centre allowing for split room communication. We can provide equipment and consumables for your bespoke event including stationery and clinical consumables, clinical furniture, simulators and manikins. See: Equipment and facilities
The centre’s range of variable space, facilities, equipment and expertise can be combined as desired to create a seamless and bespoke event.
