Shiv Jhala

I act as the receptionist and the first point of contact for the departmental office, 115, Roberts Building. I direct visitors to meetings, deal with maintenance issues, organise courier shipments, order stationery on weekly basis, set up rooms for meetings and as part of a team, help deal with general student queries.

I provide assistance to the administration team and academic staff members.

I co-ordinate the postgraduate coursework monitoring activity throughout the year including compiling marks.

During events, I usually assist with ordering and setting up refreshments when requested.
