My duties include:
- PA to HoD
- Management of all HR related activities including the recruitment process and contract monitoring
- Organisation of departmental mail runs and administrative timetables
- Organising Departmental Committee Meetings Timetable
- Minute taking for Staff Meeting
- Student Load Return
- Maintaining departmental contact lists
- DEOLO representative
- Co-ordinating annual update of departmental handbooks
- Demonstrators administration – setting up of new contracts and sending them to HR. Submitting payments
- Supporting the DA with updates for Annual monitoring Report & Augmented Annual Monitoring
- Conducting new staff induction sessions
- General admin duties
