  • PA to HoD
  • Management of all HR related activities including the recruitment process and contract monitoring
  • Organisation of departmental mail runs and administrative timetables
  • Organising Departmental Committee Meetings Timetable
  • Minute taking for Staff Meeting
  • Student Load Return
  • Maintaining departmental contact lists
  • DEOLO representative 
  • Co-ordinating annual update of departmental handbooks
  • Demonstrators administration – setting up of new contracts and sending them to HR. Submitting payments
  • Supporting the DA with updates for Annual monitoring Report & Augmented Annual Monitoring
  • Conducting new staff induction sessions
  • General admin duties
