Hayley Powell

As the Undergraduate Administrator for Biochemical Engineering, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of Undergraduate activities:

UG Admissions:

• processing UCAS forms and arranging UCAS open days and overseas (Skype/Telephone) interviews 

Examinations:

• collating exam papers and organising Exam Board day
• taking minutes for the special circumstances mtg, Preliminary mtg and Exam Board mtg
• calculation and confirmation of results

Headstart:

• overall administrative support for this annual activity

Other roles include

NSSLO (National Student Survey Liaison Officer)

PBIS - UG Engagement monitoring 

Minute taking for Recruitment Meeting, Teaching Committee, Staff-Student Consultative Committee.

Updating UG, Practical and Course Handbooks on a regular basis
