Academic staff

UCL Biochemical Engineering staff have a strong tradition of working as a team and this is reflected in their many joint research publications. The Department also co-publishes with staff from a wide range of internationally leading engineering and science departments and with colleagues in leading national and international companies.

In addition to the staff listed below we are pleased to have four distinguished visiting professors, Drs Barry Buckland of Merck & Co Inc and John Birch of Lonza Biologics, Prof John Woodley of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Steve Arlington of PricewaterhouseCoopers. All academic staff are active in research and teaching.
