Job Opportunity: Behavioural Scientist for a digital design agency in Paris
31 January 2018
Behavioural Scientist / Researcher
Who are we?
We are a digital design agency, based in Paris, leveraging behavioural science to help us shape the next generation of digital experience for our clients.
We are on a mission to build the most creative and methodology-driven product and service design studio and developed an itch for the pharmaceutical industry.
Today we work with Sanofi on a global level with the diabetes department and also with Biogen and their global MS team.
We believe there are tremendous things to be done there to bring a real change in people's lives on a worldwide scale.
It is also in this field that we are leveraging behavioural science to make the right decisions regarding digital innovations for patient solutions.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a behavioural scientist to help us grow to the next level.
The main project he/she would work on is for our client Sanofi, where we will work alongside the great global diabetes team of Sanofi and Google (venture in Boston).
Our new recruit would help us to use behavioural science to make the right patient
segmentations, define which interventions, BCTs or variables yield results. We want someone that speaks fluent SPSS, knows the behavioural change work done by Susan Michie (or is at least interested to deep dive into this subject) and wants to leverage science to design innovations that have a real impact on patients’ lives.
Where and how much?
Paris-based, but open to considering full-time remote for the right fit.
Salary €30-€60k per annum, based on experience.
Start asap and length of the mission with Sanofi is at least 10 months, but we would prefer someone that wants to commit full-time to working with us.
We are also open to consultants that want to be part of our ecosystem, meaning we would find some sort of agreement that x days per months we work together over a specific timeframe.
