Connect and Collaborate: eResearch applied to law - 31 May 4-6pm

UCL's Faculty of Laws is organising a meeting to explore interdisciplinary collaboration and research opportunities surrounding applying computer modelling, data science and digital technologies to challenges facing the legal sector such as:

  • Understanding how data and computational sciences, and digital technologies a) impact on particular areas of law; and/or b) will affect the professions, the courts, and/or regulators?
  • Gaining knowledge and insights from large volumes of data or different types of data to inform law research.
  • Developing innovative technologies / lawtech  e.g. apps, virtual reality or bots could be used by lawyers, the general public or other uses in the future?
