UCL Australia hosts Leading Economist

University College London (UCL) is currently hosting Visiting Professor Paul Stevens for a month-long stay at UCL’s Australia campus in Adelaide.
Professor Stevens, an economist, is a former winner of the OPEC medal and a world leading petroleum commentator, specialising on the Middle East. On top of his Visiting Professorial role at UCL Australia he is Senior Research Fellow (Energy) at Chatham House, The Royal Institute of International Affairs, in London.
Professor Stevens has published extensively on energy economics, the international petroleum industry, economic development issues and the political economy of the Gulf. He also works as a consultant for many companies and governments.
Professor Stevens teaches the Political Economy of Oil and Gas at UCL Australia and will provide a number of public lectures for CEDA and at the University of Adelaide and the University of Melbourne, as well as delivering a number of private corporate briefings to Australian companies in Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.
