Academic Staff Common Room
Welcome to the Academic Staff Common Room
The Academic Staff Common Room at UCL has existed for many years as an intellectual hub of the university.
The ASCR is the place where staff of all disciplines can meet each other, where they and administrators from across the university can meet and mingle, creating conversations and collaborations that would never have happened without it.
Situated in the Housman Room, off the North Cloisters, Wilkins Building, it is a membership organisation, maintained and financed by the subscriptions of its members and managed by a committee elected annually from the membership.
