The course covers geoarchaeology in palaeoenvironmental reconstruction, Quaternary stratigraphy, an overview of remote sensing techniques, sourcing raw material and human settlement and geological resources. It aims to provide an understanding of how to integrate geoarchaeological information with the goals of archaeological research problems.
