Assessment
The majority of courses are assessed by
coursework only but some, including Interpreting Archaeological Data
(ARCL2037), are assessed by a combination of coursework and
examination.
Proceeding to the MA or MSc at the UCL Institute of Archaeology
Whilst 40% is the minimum requirement to be awarded the Graduate Diploma, those students wishing to proceed to a Master's programme of study at the UCL Institute of Archaeology must normally achieve an overall average mark of 65% or higher in order to be allowed to proceed to the Master's programme.
