Public involvement in archaeology; archaeology and education, particularly in the area of reconstruction; economics of archaeology; alternative archaeology and its appeal; politics and archaeology; archaeological legislation; illicit antiquities; media and archaeology; museum management; museum displays; indigenous archaeology.

Post glacial in North Western Europe; landscape archaeology; post- medieval country houses.
