Elisa co-directs the research network The End of the Spectrum: Towards an Archaeology of Marginality with Andy Gardner and Andrew Reynolds. 

Elisa’s most recent research focuses on inequality, health and disability in present and past societies. 

She is currently collaborating with a number of projects about health and policy in the COVID-19 emergency.
