The UCL Institute of Archaeology is running the first of two Virtual Open Days on 12 December 2018 to coincide with 2019 applications for Undergraduate study.

If you are interested in finding out more about archaeology, UCL, London, Fieldwork etc., please do sign up to this innovative event via the link below.

The event will run from 10.30am and will be entirely virtual - you can sign up from anywhere to join us (all you need is access to a computer and the internet).  Participants can meet current students and staff in designated chat rooms (typed chat) and ask them questions.

At 10.30am Corisande Fenwick, Admissions Tutor, will give a presentation on 'Why Study Archaeology at UCL?' followed by Borja Legarra Herrero's Taster Lecture on 'Minoan Gold, and its role in creating the first states in Europe'.  Both of these presentations will be via PowerPoint (which you can watch online) and audio.

This open day event is ideal for those prospective students / interested parties who cannot visit the Institute in London at this time. Should you wish to arrange a visit another time, or to participate in a future Open Day, please email Charlotte Frearson, Student Recruitment & Experience Officer: c.frearson@ucl.ac.uk
