Macalister/1945, 300, footnote 1: `I had some difficulty in finding this stone, so note here the following directions. Take the road from Oldcastle to Kilnaleck. At the cross-roads beyond Castlecor take the road to the right, towards Mount Prospect: at the next cross-roads turn yet again to the right, and the stone will be seen in the field to the left, at a few yards from the road'.
