History:Macalister/1945, 127--128, cites notes by Windele and Rhys, but gives no reference. He also stated that `the cave is now closed, and for superstitious or other reasons, the local farmer refused to re-open it for me. The stone has not been seen, therefore, since Rhys examined it many years ago'.
