CISP: The lettering of the whole inscription is Insular half-uncial. The first two lines, however, are substantially larger than the latter two lines. In the first lines the Ds have ascenders which bend to the left over an open bow. The Os are squarish and the R is majuscule. The L is curved and the F has a curved top stroke. The M also have curved top strokes. In the latter two lines the Q is minucule with the descender extending below the base-line of the other letters. The Ss are half-uncial, the E in the open uncial form and the N with a curved top stroke. The A may be in the 'OC' form.
