Palaeography:Macalister/1909, 43: `The reversed accent [above the U] is unusual'.

CISP: The lettering is Insular half-uncial. The A's are in the 'OC' form and the S is half-uncial. The U has a rounded bottom stroke and the minuscule M has rounded top strokes. This M, as Macalister pointed out, has a reversed accent above it.
