The Material Cultures of Prehistoric and Dynastic Egypt Research Network will host an informal discussion event at the UCL Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology on 18 October.

The discussion on the subject 'Beyond Nature and Culture in Ancient Egypt? Human-Animal Division/Unity in Fourth to Second Millennium BC Nile Valley Sources' will be opened by Stephen Quirke (UCL) and Rune Nyord (University of Cambridge).
