Popular Antiquities: Folklore & Archaeology Conference

The Institute of Archaeology and the Folklore Society will host the Folklore & Archaeology conference at the Institute on 13 & 14 October.

This two-day conference, jointly organised by the Institute of Archaeology and the Folklore Society, presents papers exploring the relationship and interaction between archaeology and folklore around the world, with exhibitions and a book sale.

The event celebrates the Folklore Society's 100-year presence at UCL Library alongside the Institute of Archaeology's 75th Anniversary.

Registration is now open for this event. Registration fees include refreshments and lunch on both days, with a wine reception on the Saturday. Please see the conference poster for further details of fees.
