2013


April

15th-16th April: The final Antiresdev Steering Committee meeting was held at University College London.

30th April: The final leaflet summarising the Antiresdev project was published.

November

23rd September: The ANTIRESDEV consortium will be presenting the results of the project in a dedicated symposium at the 36th International Congress of the Society for Microbial Ecology and Disease (SOMED 2013). SOMED 2013 will be held in the university city of Kosice, European Capital of Culture 2013 and the ANTIRESDEV symposium will be held on 23rd September, entitled 'The effects of antibiotic administration on the emergence and persistence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in humans and on the composition of the indigenous microbiotas at various body sites'.


2012


May

3-4 May: An Antiresdev Steering Committee meeting was held in Stockholm, Sweden.

November

29th-30th November: An Antiresdev Steering Committee meeting was held in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany.


2011


June

16-17 June: An Antiresdev Steering Committee meeting was held in Siena, Italy.

July

1st July: The first formal Periodic Report of the Antiresdev project was submitted to the European Commission, covering all of the achievements and work done in the first 18 months of the project.

September

5th September: The Antiresdev project was successfully reviewed by the European Commission and an independent reviewer, with the report noting that good progress has been made in the project.

December

1st-2nd December: An Antiresdev Steering Committee meeting was held in Berne, Switzerland.


2010


January

14 January: provisional ethics committee approval given to Helperby

19 January: 1st Pyrosequencing meeting, at ACTA, Netherlands. Please check Minutes & Reports for a summary of the meeting.

25 January: Antiresdev partners agree that the next meeting would take place in Siena, Italy, at the Certosa di Pontignano  http://www.unisi.it/servizi/certosa/en/certosa.htm) from the 22 to the 24th of April.

February

01 February: the Antidesrev website goes live - Deliverable 11.1 sent to the Commission

05 February: deadline for the submission of the first informal report

10 February: First progress report sent to all partners and added on to the website

March

15 March: Helperby Therapeutics receive approval from the national committee (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) and the local ethical committee for the clinical studies to be carried out in WP#1 and WP#2.

April
