Call for Papers - Anthropology in London Day 2015 Conference: Anthropology on the Move

This year’s Anthropology in London conference invites paper and panel proposals that explore movement in the broadest sense, including movement of objects, people, ideas, cultural practices, and narratives; the structures, discourses, and practices that aid or obstruct such movements; the movement of bodies in dance, ritual, and performance; and anthropological theory and practice ‘on the move’, in step with a changing world. UCL Anthropology REF 2014

We are proud to report that we entered 100% of eligible research staff in the Research Excellence Framework. We improved upon our excellent performance in RAE 2008 - the majority of research outputs were ranked in the top 4* and 3* categories. Overall, we are now the highest ranked London anthropology department. We achieved the second highest percentage of 4* quality of any Department in the country. More...
